How to pay for your order

It's easy!

We accept Interac e-Transfer as our principal method of payment. 

To send your payment, simply login to your personal online banking and send the total amount of your invoice via Interac e-transfer to: [email protected]

 

We also accept credit card payments; ALL MAJOR credit cards are accepted.

To pay via credit card, please select "Pay by invoice" as your payment method.

Once we have processed and confirmed your order, you will receive a SECOND INVOICE with the SAME amount from our SISTER COMPANY which will include a link that will lead you to a form page where you will enter your credit card information to complete your payment. 

 

For customers who reside in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA), we also accept cash on delivery if you select "Cash On Delivery" as your payment method. 

If you are a customer who resides in the GVA and would like to use our "Cash On Delivery" payment method, please note that you must first complete your first two (2) transactions with us by paying via Interac e-Transfer. 

 

For more information about the "Cash On Delivery" and the credit card payment methods, please read below after the "Important to note:" section. 

Interac e-Transfer:

As long as you send your transfer to the correct email address ([email protected]), your payment will be AUTOMATICALLY DEPOSITED into our account; meaning you will NOT have to send us a security question and password for us to deposit your payment.

 

Some online banking DO ASK for a security question and answer to send payment.

If that is the case, please use the following:

Please DO NOT use your own security question and answer as this may complicate the processing of your order for our team. 

Please INCLUDE your ORDER NUMBER in the NOTE section of your transfer.

Important to note:

Payments sent to [email protected] will be IGNORED and eventually CANCELLED. 

Please make sure you send your payment to the correct email address, otherwise your order will not be confirmed as paid and therefore not be completed.

Orders must be PAID IN FULL before being processed.

Orders pending payment will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED after seventy-two (72) hours; you will receive a payment reminder prior to cancellation.

Our prices include tax and any additional fees, aside from applicable shipping costs listed at checkout.

Pay by invoice (credit card payment):

You can pay for your order via CREDIT CARD payment by selecting the "Pay by invoice" payment method. 

ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.

You WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY for your order until you've received a SECOND INVOICE from our SISTER COMPANY.

Once you place your order, please wait for us to process and confirm your order.

After your order has been confirmed, we will send you a SECOND INVOICE with the SAME AMOUNT from our SISTER COMPANY.

After receiving the second invoice, please follow the link which will bring you to a form page where you will enter your credit card information to complete your payment. 

Cash On Delivery (GVA ONLY): 

The "Cash On Delivery" payment method allows customers to pay for their order via cash on delivery. 

As this payment method deals with cash, "Cash On Delivery" is available ONLY to customers who reside in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA). 

"Cash On Delivery" is available ONLY to customers who have COMPLETED their FIRST TWO (2) transactions with us by paying via Interac e-Transfer. 

This means that if you are a new customer with us, you MUST PAY for your FIRST TWO (2) orders via Interac e-Transfer before being eligible for the "Cash On Delivery" payment method -- this is COMPANY POLICY.  

While we are more than happy to welcome new customers to our Stepping Stone family, we also value the SAFETY and TIME of our drivers; hence why we need to verify that our new customers are SERIOUS and RELIABLE.
