Returns and exchanges:

Having an issue with item? No problem, contact us and we can help you. But first, note that:

All cannabis products are final sale.

Vape products can be returned for an exchange within 7 days of purchase with proof of order and manufacturing defect.

We do not allow exchanges, with the exception of switching an out of stock product for a different item at the time of order.

If a refund is administered, please note that we do not provide refunds to the payment method used to complete your order. Any refunds will be done in the form of a unique discount code provided directly to you.
